Website Update & Minor Fixes - 05/16/15

Achievements are now visible on MyUOLL player profiles. You can turn this off on a per-character basis through the configuration in the MoTD gump.
The achievement and kill databases now update every 15 minutes.
A fix to the email registration system, codes will now properly reset after you log out, allowing you to get a new code if something went wrong the first time around.
Page numbers are fixed on the achievement leaderboards.
Characters with 0 progress in achievements no longer show up in the achievement leaderboards. Neither do Game Masters...
