I usually end up refreshing every 6 days, because if I work late on day 7 i'll lose all pets. It's certainly manageable but the refresh day changes every week (from Tuesday this week to Monday next, etc).
I personally would find it much easier to manage my stable if I could refresh on the same day each week. It wouldn't take much even an extra hour would work most times. Bumping the refresh time from 168 hours to 170 results in only a 1.1% net benefit. It certainly isn't game breaking, but adds significant value for those managing stables.
I refresh my houses every Tuesday. It would be nice if I could refresh my stable every Tuesday and get all the "maintenance" done at once. A full day would be nice for others, but an hour or two to account for minor variances in work schedules would be would make me very happy.

Hello Lost Lands!
Brand new to this server (yesterday), and I'm really enjoying myself so far. I haven't played UO in several years. I played IPY a long time ago, and before that OSI offical on Great Lakes from 1997 to 2001 or so. A lot of great memories from the era that Lost Lands is trying to capture.
I'm very rusty, and was wondering about a couple things that I couldn't find a reference for:
1) Are spellbooks newbied or blessed or whatever it's called these days? Worried about getting a full spellbook and losing it quickly on death. Or is only the default spellbook for a magery character newbied (or even is that?)?
2) I see that there are some things that are newbied, like instruments for bards. I made a bard, but didn't like the instrument I got. I'm invested in this character already and don't want to reroll and try for a different instrument with this character. Can I do it on other characters and trade the newbied instrument to my main bard and have it still last through death?
3) Do NPC magic shops sell higher level scrolls? Player vendors I've seen all sell bulk popular scrolls, not just 1 of a kind to help flesh out my spellbook for the time being, while I'm broke.
4) Any good rune libraries around? Trying to get to places like Nu'jelm, Occlo, and Wind!

1. You can use Razor's restock agent to pull items from containers sitting on the edge of the open part of a patio.
2. You can manually pull items from, and put items back into, containers stacked higher than 3 tall.
3. You can't set items on the "railing" of the patio to allow a character to pick up/move an entire container from either side of the railing.

Reflect doesn't wear off when you die with reflect still active.
You don't auto-attack back when spawn attacks you (e.g. if two mobs are attacking me, and I slay one, I will not automatically attack the second mob, despite them continuing to hit me).
Pure mare shows up as a Short mane mare on tracking.
Died from Blade spirit, there was no murder count prompt (no recalling/gating involved). I resurrected. Died again to a blade spirit 10 minutes later (cast by same player), again, no murder count prompt. Resurrected right away, but accidentally died again right away too, THEN I got the prompt for murder, despite this time being killed by NPC mobs and no blade spirit present.

On test center ( test.uolostlands.com ) there has been a poker station set up for testing. Go through the green coloured gate on top of Britain bank, and you can double click the dealer to start a game.
I haven't noticed many bugs, but it's up there for people to test out and hopefully record any bugs/suggestions they observe to share with Jack before it goes live. Share them! That's why it's up on test.
I'll start.
1) I think auto-fold shouldn't fold if there is an option to check. Additionally, I think auto-fold should wait five seconds every time, just so the player, if present, has time to realize auto-fold is on (in the event it was accidental), or to change their mind. Five seconds won't delay other players significantly, and I'm sure we've all wished it was there at least once in our experience so far.
If anyone wants to try poker and needs a person to play against, a few of us are pretty eager to play so PM us in discord. If I'm around I'll likely always be down for at least a few hands. I can also recommend others who are likely to join.

I think it would be great if mobs decayed after 24 or 36 hours without an interaction with a PC. This would tidy up the the treasure mapper world a lot, as a lot of tmappers just pop the chest, loot a few items and recall, leaving the spawned mobs there for the next player to handle before they can dig up their chest.
Any chance of this being implemented? I'm currently getting level 1 or 2 map spawn on 90% of locations I recall into.
