Wrestling is used anytime you engage combat unarmed. It functions the same as other Weapon Skill such as Archery, Fencing, Mace Fighting and Swordsmanship except without the need of wielding a weapon.

This skill is often used to complement Magery, and also allows a mage to defend while adhering to the requirement of having hands free when casting spells or using Meditation.

PvP

  • There is increased chance of blocking a weapon from striking you
  • You have a chance to interrupt an enemy spellcaster, especially if they have zero wrestling
  • Using the Attack Last Combatant hotkey with Razor can allow you to steal swings while your opponent is disarmed

Notes

Wrestling is popular with many Skill Templates for both PvP and PvM playstyles
