"Meditation allows a mage to replenish mana quickly. I can teach you."

- Gustar the Meditation Instructor

Using Meditation

When engaging with the arts of Magery or inscribing scrolls, mana is used. The Meditation skill allows your character to increase the rate at which they regenerate mana when using the action, and it will also passively increases the rate at which your mana regenerates.

Training Meditation

Active

Each time the Meditation skill is activated via macro or skill button you have a chance to gain.

The graph is based on percentage of your maximum mana. For example, if you have 48 Intelligence, for the 50% highest success chance you will need to stay around 24 mana.

Passive

Meditation does not passively gain on Lost Lands.

Armor

The failure or success of active meditation is influenced by the type of armor that you wear. To make sure you can use active meditation try to keep the AR of your armor low and use as little metal armor as possible. Wearing any metal armor seems to drastically slow down the regeneration rate, even if you manage to meditate actively.

Notes

Using Meditation skill will reveal you when hidden

Any action or movement will interrupt your meditation

Casting the Protection spell upon yourself will increase your AR but will not have any influence on your ability to meditate
