Submit your pictures into this thread!
You can help us make our website prettier by posting your submission for picture of the month in this thread. Each month, the winner of the picture of the month will receive a trophy in game for their submission. Pictures can be anything, at the beginning of each month we will judge the winner.
A good place for uploading images is https://imgur.com - to post a picture of the forums, first upload it to imgur.com, and then use the direct image link inside forum tags like so:
Code:
Code: [img]https://imgur.com/imagename.png[/img]
Guidelines for pictures:- Avoid any client modifications (eg: tree stump hack, paperdoll edits)
- Try your best to avoid "system message spam" - where the left side of your screen is filled with messages.
- When linking the image directly (so that the image itself appears in the thread), make sure you use the https URL and not the http one (https://imgur, not http://imgur)

Thieving Event - Gypsy Takeover in Vesper! |

Hello fellow Rogues!
Starting today will be an event tailored for rogues that will run through next Thursday night (June 1, 2017) this will be a pilot for future events like this depending on participation and how the population likes it. So here's how it goes: Gypsies are known for stealing from their customers, so its only right they get stolen from in return! They will be infiltrating Vesper and in their pack will be a chance they will have an orange hued item. These items have different weights, so depending on the skill of the rogue's stealing, may have difficulty taking heavier items. The winner will get a Valorite hued eagle trophy, as this is the first contest of it's type!
This item randomly weighs 1-4 stones.
This item randomly weighs 5-8 stones.
This item weighs 9 or 10 stones.
As stealing is difficulty based, the heavier an item is, the more skill you need to get it! I would travel light as I am sure there will be guard whacking and perhaps the noto-PK that may be on patrol to keep our thieves "honest". The player with the heaviest bag of special hued items will be the winner. At the end of the contest, all of these hued items will be deleted, so there is no need to think you will have a unique! (Unless you win the trophy, as it's the first one for this contest!) They cannot be equipped or used to be "l337". This thread will serve as the signup sheet for the event, so I can come and check out your heavy bags of loot!
PS
As you are not stealing from players, you do not need to be in the thieves guild! A starting rogue with 50 stealing can still steal quite a bit of these things!

Serpent's Hold Town Healer |

The Town Healer in Serpent's Hold does not spawn at all and one has to run all the way to a wondering healer if unable to have player healing and do not want to track all the way back into T2A.
If this is by design then please disregard but, if not, having he healer added back would be epppic!
The mods respond super fast and fixed the issue.
Good server is good.
Huzzah!

Peacemaking questions |

Howdy, fellow server-mates!
I am making a bard and have encountered a question that I am looking for some clarification on.
The Peacemaking skill, as useful as it is, seems to be only lasting a second or two at most.
Is Peacemaking different from, let's say, the AoS era?
Does it only reset aggro and allow the creeps to immediately re-aggro afterwards or is there a delay depending on how high you are in the skill?

Lord Byron is not dead! |

If you have read the books at the Brit Bank, you would see that Lord British was concerned we had not seen the last of Lord Byron as he "took his last breath". Well as of last night, Byron made his face known in public, calling out Lord British and came to Vesper with a large Greater Dragon Army! These beasties are tough to kill and if not prepared with ample regs and potions, you will have quite a hard time on your own. Byron attacked North Vesper last night and all the town guards have fled and are trying to regroup to retake the North part of the city. Lord Byron's journal has been seen in Vesper and he is quite irate at who he hired to revamp Blighted Grove, so he went with "Plan B". To Arms!! Let's kill him this time!!
-Spy alert-
* Lord British has seen weaknesses in Byron's defenses and plans to make his push to retake North Vesper 5/10/2017 @ 1800 EST *
