This is the first installation of our Christmas event for 2014!


New Monsters:




Reindeer Hide Turn-In (for our newer players to get involved)





Turn in Rabid Reindeer hides to tanners to receive Christmas Coins. Reindeer do not count toward the "Christmas Savior" leaderboard, but are a way for new players to obtain coins.


Save the Elves by beating them down!



Knock the elves out of the evil spell that has been casted on them and they will leave behind a gift. Elves have a chance to drop Christmas treasure maps, which will contain additional holiday coins and the chance for a rare item.



Christmas treasure maps do not require any skill in cartography or lockpicking. They are in new locations.

You can not pick up the gift boxes themselves.

After Xmas, the treasure maps will just become regular treasure maps (no permanent ice-white-treasure map-rare).


Leaderboard

For each elf you kill, you will receive a point on the leaderboard. Completing treasure maps or killing reindeer will not increase your score.The top 3 players will receive trophies to mark their achievement. Whoever is the leader at the 25th of December @ 8pm EST, will receive a special sandal dye tub (1 charge).

Server hosted the first CTF yesterday, if you are supporter of UO Lost Lands and were online at 8pm eastern yesterday and DID NOT attend the CTF shame on you and your loss. Whether you like to Pvp or not enjoy a fun time in a beautifully sculpted arena is worth the 20 minutes. Everyone loves to ebolt people in the face!!





People on other servers would kill for this type of event and here we are a couple months in with a fully functional well crafted mini Pvp game..


Plus a pretty good reward for only 20 minutes of gameplay (1 plat to winner)


If anyone suggestions of a different time for more player interaction I am sure Jack will take a look at that, as he caters to all your other needs and patches. But we are pushing 60 clients at times and on a steady incline of population. Realize these types of things are attractors to the server and should be taken seriously for server success!

Does your mining skill affect the amount of ingots you get back when smelting items using the Blacksmithy menu?

New players trying to get established, I can offer you assistance until you manage to get your own house.


I have threehouses I am willing to friend you to in order to aid you in your initial macroing and training. For magery/inscription types, I can offer you friend space in Hidden Valley where you will have access to the two npc vendors in the mage tower just steps away. If you want space near to a town and cotton fields, I can friend you to a house on Moonglow.For taming/mining/leatherworking/fighting types, I can offer you friend space in my patio house on Ice Island, placed directly at the entry path to Deceit. Plenty of places to mine or tame or simply hunt things for hides. If you're a miner, I'll place a forge in the home for you.I can even offer financial assistance to get you started with mats/reagentsif needed.

Anyone know where I can find a list of item codes for all the items in game? I'm tired of manuallysorting treasure chest loot and I'd love to find a list of codes so I can make myself some uber sorting macros.

When I use item id skill on an item it doesn't tell me the price of it. I'm pretty sure it did during t2a but I'm not 100% sure. I'm 95.3 so I'm sure it's high enough, if that even matters. I used to use it so I didn't get scammed on spellbooks. ^.^
