Balron

The balron is a dark hued, and extremely strong daemon. These creatures will rapid fire spells at their target and deal large amounts of melee damage if allowed in range.

They carry roughly 750 gold, a broadsword, 2 magic scrolls (circles 6-8) and 10 reagents. They have a good chance of dropping high level magic weapons, armor or jewellery.

The best way to deal with a Balron is through either ranged damage or controlled creatures. Barding is also an excellent way to deal with these.

Balrons can be found on the third level of Hythloth and the lower level of Terathan Keep.
