Trash [Not Accurate]

Not that I care if there are trash cans, but they were in this era, added when they nerfed bank boxesbefore Uo:R and also there are no bounty boards or bulletin boards with the captured npcs.

The bounty boards and messages for captured NPCs are something I have looked into. The bountry boards at least, I hope to get in within the next month or so. From what I have tried, getting the accurate gump has been the main issue (I'm not too familiar with adding gumps).
