Potion Kegs [Fixed]

I would suspect another character used the potion keg first then (after the patch). The first person to withdraw a potion after patch 16 became the owner, then the keg loses its grandfathered status and turns into a normal post patch keg. There is no info on the keg saying who originally created the keg prior to the patch, since the data never existed and was not possible to determine.
