Neat fun with colored ore - Abyz - 11-10-2015 What does everyone think about having colored ores add durability only to armor and weapons? It won't overpower anything and will add flavor to the gm equipment market. ALSO I have always thought it would be awesome to be able to smith appropriately colored weapons that correspond to the ingot color used to make them. It wouldn't overpower anything, but would again add flavor. Thoughts? RE: Neat fun with colored ore - Skrap - 11-10-2015 Know where I can get hued wood for bows? RE: Neat fun with colored ore - Wiz Kid - 11-10-2015 I would definitely support the hue change. If a suit of shadow armor is shadow hued why not the weapons? I think the durability/attribute stuff could become a little overwhelming though. +1 Abyz RE: Neat fun with colored ore - Abyz - 11-10-2015 Ya.... Forget changing stats! But make the weapons match the armor! No brainier! RE: Neat fun with colored ore - farnk - 11-11-2015 GOLD HALBERd PLZ RE: Neat fun with colored ore - Wiz Kid - 11-11-2015 We want the bling RE: Neat fun with colored ore - Jack - 11-12-2015 Sorry, but ore colored weapons are not something we're considering. Durability on armor based on ingot type could be a bonus, and is something I was planning on implementing. Weapons with higher durability already have a higher value when identified. RE: Neat fun with colored ore - Abyz - 11-12-2015 Ah well.... I'll recover from my crushed dream eventually. RE: Neat fun with colored ore - Abyz - 11-12-2015 What about a ore hue weapon dye tub as a blacksmith BOD reward?
