NPCs - Kaervek - 06-11-2015 NPCs (all npcs but guards) will not chase after you if you attack them, and NO npcs will run away when their health drops below a certain point (usually 10%) NPC corpses are treated as blue corpses, but originally they were treated as if you killed a grey player that turned blue (you could loot them, but to everyone else they showed up as blue) RE: NPCs - Jack - 06-11-2015 Regarding NPC corpses showing up as blue, this was implemented in patch 16: https://uolostlands.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=172&highlight=innocent+corpse The only reason RunUO NPCs have grey corpses (to their killer) by default is an artifact of the looting rights system introduced in UO:R. Innocent NPCs having grey corpses is not accurate to the era and can be observed on the UO demo. Vendor AI is whack and I've known this for a while, it just hasn't been high on the priority list. I will take a look at it and see if I can improve it. Thanks! |
