The balron is a dark hued, and extremely strong [[daemon]]. These creatures will rapid fire spells at their target and deal large amounts of melee damage if allowed in range.

They carry roughly 750 gold, a broadsword, 2 magic scrolls (circles 6-8) and 10 [[reagents]]. They have a good chance of dropping high level magic [[weapons]], [[armor]] or [[jewellery]].

The best way to deal with a Balron is through either ranged damage or controlled creatures. [[:Category:Bard_Skills|Barding]] is also an excellent way to deal with these.

Balrons can be found on the third level of [[Hythloth]] and the lower level of [[Terathan Keep]].
