Mini Bosses
Mini bosses now have much more consistent loot packs regardless of whether they drop a chest or not. Mini bosses also now have a 10% chance to drop a champion skull. You can view the Bestiary to see which mini boss drops what.

Several new mini boss types have been added. All of these have a chance to drop a statue, except the Seraph which has a 100% chance of dropping a titled, 1175 hued body sash.
  • Orcish Overlord (spawns Cove orc fort)
  • Seraph (spawns at the Brit/Yew brigand camp)
  • Arctic Ogre Lord Shaman (spawns in Ice dungeon - also added arctic overlord spawn).
  • Arachne the Weaver (spawns in Terathan Keep swamp, south of the Balron area).
  • Skeleton King (spawns City of the Dead)
  • Efreet Sultan (spawns Fire Dungeon)
  • Ophidian Queen (spawns in T2A desert)
Additional NPCs
Added several new NPC types from the demo. We now have all NPC types that were found on OSI, to the best of my knowledge. Hue ranges for clothes have also been corrected to accurate values. There is still work to do on clothing/hues for existing NPCs.

NPCs are a work in progress but we hope to eventually have a spawning system for NPCs identical to that of OSI, which will help better "paint" the world and make it feel more like home.

Energy Vortexes and Blade Spirits
Energy vortexes and blade spirits can be provoked again. The AI for them has been totally rewritten and their attacks should make more sense, as well as their movement being smoother. EVs will no longer lose their combatant just because it goes out of LOS.

Automated Backups
The shard will now automatically back up daily onto a separate web server. This will ensure that in the case of catastrophe, we'll always have an extremely recent save backed up.

Misc
  • Fixed a regression with boats not wrapping around the world east->west and vice versa.
  • BODs no longer have to be in your backpack to use them.
  • Fixed a bug where MS/CL would cause massive damage on Semidar when cast by a male character.
  • The chance of a special item to be dropped at the end of a TI has been reduced. This does not affect skulls.
  • The message "the guards will return shortly" no longer appears at the end of a Buccaneer's Den TI.
  • Fixed a bug where players could mark runes in some non-markable areas by precasting the spell.
  • Event rules will now show up in Discord for CTF/DD/KoTH/LMS.
  • Added final team score to score gumps for team games.
  • Survival trophies will now show your total time survived.
  • Half aprons should no longer be obstructed by other clothing on MyUOLL.

Thanks for the fix on EV provo, was really bummed when you suspended until further notice! Had fun with EV provo.

The server crashed at 6/3/16, 12am EST due to an issue with the Discord Bot, so I changed a few things on restart:

- Fixed a bug/exploit where using peace/provocation in succession would render a mob peaced for an extended period of time.
- Old event scores (CTF/DD/KoTH) have been restored.
- Tournaments no longer erroneously suggest someone was kicked from your team for playing poker.
- Added a few new NPCs

Will there ever be a wider range of hues on colored cloth bought from tailors or will it always just be regular dye tub hues on those?

Sorry this was kind of out of place here. I asked because of the change to clothing hues for NPCs made me think to ask about this.
