I've spent some time over the last couple of days working on an outfit creator. It is much more responsive and user friendly than any outfit creators that currently exist elsewhere. You can also save a permalink to your creation to send to friends, or continue working on it later.
I encourage players to link this to other friends who play UO, as it may help drive some traffic to our site via word of mouth about this tool.
It's still undergoing a lot of work but it is functional in it's current state. I plan to also add "in-game avatars" to this tool (like the one in my forum avatar), as well as the ability to fork from a live character profile into the creator. Give it a try!
