2) How can i raise stealing until 60 if the gameplay says to me that i can't utilize this skill without being part of a thieves guild?

-stealth is blocked at 86, on a character of mine, do i have to raise it in other ways? how? is it a bug?
-in which cities can i attack people without be istant killed?
-does anatomy influence the damages in any way?
-how can i open the conteiners i have in my home without taking keys in my backpack? may house doors be forced?
