Someone is already using that account

My husband  is trying to login to his account but keeps getting a message stating that someone else is using that account. he was logged in yesterday so we are not sure why this message is appearing.

It could be a phantom connection leftover from a client crash or hitting "X" on the window instead of logging out.. Page us if you notice stuff missing, which is the hallmark sign of getting hacked. Also, change your passwords on occasion just to be sure. If it happens again, page us or hit us up in Discord and we can check it on the spot. At times, I use the admin window which shows staff who is logged on. I have seen on occasion an account that seems to be stuck on "logging in". Could be a remnant of that too.
