The one on the left is once every 24 hours. I'm not sure about the timer for the one on the right.
The more votes we get the higher up on the list we get posted, then more players see our banner and give us a try!
Also the votes reset on the 1st of every month.

I vote often but what helps alot is playing... more players = better ranking but also more fun

Careful uae a dummy password for many uo sites.. they are not always secure via https so passwords are not encrypted

Leaving toons idle will also help numbers showing online and earn you platinum

I like that our server doesnt have a ton of idles at banks. I tried other servers and it was Westworld robots no interaction. If idling get creative!! I bard polka and got jailed for the first time in 20 years, love it
