Pix likes the idea of a pk killing and looting everything in a matter of a few seconds, but doesn't like the idea of a thief being able to take items one at a time Big Grin

Also, I'd like to point out something every free server misses. The thief was powerful in era, that's why it kept being nerfed until there was item insurance and the like, and they had us stealing shit off of dungeon floors and out of crates. Thieves could handle in pvp (people could use hallys, maces, and the likes and negate stealing, there was always common sense ways to handle thieves.)

Thief fights vs detectives/dexers in town is fun with the no spell damage. People make macers and detect type chars to hunt down thieves. Rp detectives and what not. Great town fights/chases.

It should be geared around players and not being sloppy negating thieves and not auto nerf/kill features.
If you get the thief class to where it's supposed to be, it benefits everyone, cause you can play a good thief too, and we can make anti thief chars when we get annoyed at each other. It was a really great aspect of the game when you get away from the leg humping fresh rez thief types (this comes from auto kill a lot too)

Make UOLL thief friendly and competitive like it was on prodo and it'll offer something no other server is really giving proper respect. It was one of the best and most fun things in classic UO.

Tracking would need to separate npcs from players in town (it's useless as it is in town, and if we can have modern crafting menus, a modern tracking menu would actually make the skill work) then the detectives can track/reveal thieves. (A good detective on you is annoying asf)
