-What's the matter whit NPC told me that i can sell only 5 items at the time? and the second times the gold for that item is lower, hot it works exactly? Tankyou

Yes, there is a limit to selling 5 items per order. Yes the value of those items depreciate to help prevent unattended gold collecting macros.

You will want to sell an assortment of items, or sell to different vendors, or try again later. Vendors also will eventually run out of gold, and will restock hours later.
