Windows 10 often has razor minimize/close but still run and not be accessible.
This restores the icon to your taskbar list (also by clock click the up arrow and you now have a razor icon )
do not check "run in 640 x480 screen resolution" or you have to go to your desktop and change the resolution back !! uncheck that one.
