Creager, how high does Tinkering need to be to make shovels consistently?

Not Creager, but should be around 50+.

I can check when I get home;I'm around 57 or so. You can start making them at 41 with a 2% success rate, and I think each point increases that chance by2%. So that would allow my skill to succeed 34% of the time.


I could be making stuff up, though, so I'll update in a little while.
