skill level descrease

anyway of decreasing any of my skills? i have about 3 that need to be decreased. so i set there arrow to make them decrease but there not decreasing. am i doing something wrong?

Your skills won't decrease until you hit the skill cap. If you are gaining other skills without anything decreasing, then you are not at the skill cap yet and there is nothing to worry about.

thanks Jack i was just thinking its a bug because i thought they would start decreasing as soon as i made it to were they should... and its been a long while since i played legit Uo
