I can't seem to get connect to the new chat server. Once I accept invite, it says I don't have a necessary program to run it.

That's strange because I'm able to connect on PCs that do not have the app installed, with no problem. What browser are you running?

I've personally installed the app because I prefer an executable over web clients, but the two are practically indistinguishable.
