Patch 40a - 12/12/15 - Efficiency

There is nothing new in this patch. This is just here to let people know why the shard has restarted, if they check.

• Explosion pots now "seek" when targeted at the correct time. (fix)
  
• Massive performance increase in the achievement gump (over 2000% with high achievers). It could take as long as 40ms to load before, now it is between 0-2ms. This is a big deal because RunUO is single threaded.
  
• When collecting achievement rewards, there is just now 1 button to withdraw all platinum. It will not be placed in a bag anymore.
  
• The command for achievements has been shortened to [ach
  

There should not be another shard restart until the Xmas content is ready.
