From a quick look, I couldn't find a source on this, but I can't remember any tinkering items ever having exceptional, nor maker's marks on any shard. Will take another look to see if I can find a source on this when I get the chance, cheers

Ah ok, it could have been added later. I do remember that they didn't get a mark at some point, just don't remember when.

It appears some tinkered items should be marked and others shouldn't. I'm working on crafting at the moment so I will try get this as accurate as possible. Thanks!
