New features will be put onto test center for players to play around with. Currently test center is simply a copy of the current shard, except you can set you skills. I will create a dev-related web page at some point and keep it up to date on new features available on test center.
Players are welcome to log onto test center simply to duel and have fun.
All housing and rare spawns have been stripped from the test server.
