Fixes:

• Fixed an error in the new stable code that was deleting pets when they shouldn't have been. If you lost pets due to this, contact staff to replace them. We have an exact list of what was lost due to the issue.
  
• Stat modification potions are no longer capped at 11.
  
• Wrote some code to add in the winch/portcullis setups that should be found in places like Lord British/Blackthorn's castle among other places.
