equipping a weapon from the ground lol

I'd wager that the act of dragging the item includes "picking it up" and that this was possibly something to do with the "equip weapon" macro in the client or UOA. Regardless, I don't think this is something we'll implement as it has no actual benefit in gameplay and would just serve as an annoyance.
