I think you should look at your house placement in a futuristic sense, like when the server explodes full of people and you've got a prime spot near a moongate or on an excluded island or right near the bank in yew.
Someone will most likely pay top dollar for that house, so you could possibly get rich just off being one of the first few on the server.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>
