Doesn't this just encourage blues to be giant bullies, with 0 repercussion?

If a tamer attacks my bard, I'm pretty much forced to recall...

With this change in place; tamers can steal spawns from less powerful builds without having any repercussions (just 1 scenario)

This is era accurate and not something I just decided should be the case.

If someone at a spawn is willing to take a murder count on you, and you don't feel you can fight back, there's a simple solution: go somewhere else. Baiting people into attacking you and then recalling to commit suicide is not intended use of the murder system, or era accurate.
