Patch 30 - 07/18/15 - Companion System, Item Changes, Combat Changes

They are not necessarily out permanently, it is just a concern at the moment because they are almost a common sight (being ridden by players). Despite the current low spawn rate, due to the factor of luck we've had more silver steeds spawn than the expected amount, and currently no silver steeds have been removed from circulation by death.

Technically these aren't mini bosses, however they were lumped in with the mini boss patch. These do not drop boss chests or statues - they are just a rare mount.

I will give it some more thought on how to re-introduce these.
