Mini Patch - 06/14/15 - Minor Updates, Changing IRC Host

Reboot for fixes 06/21/15

• You can no longer cast EV or BS into a house that you are not already standing inside.
  
• Centaurs have been indexed for monster kill leaderboards (they were missed from the Bestiary, I will add them soon).
  
• Combat checks (for things such as event gates), will now only block you from entering if you have been in combat in the last 30 seconds.
  
• Fix to the 1v1 magics event timer which caused the event to restart every time it completed.
  
• Starting regs are now more random.
  
• The "Thrash Metal" achievement now correctly checks for 4 bard skills instead of 5. Note: Your achievement progress will not be automatically updated if you are GM enticing. You will have to drop entice by -0.1 and increase it back to GM. This will be remedied with the next patch but was a quick fix for now.
  
• Items worn by player vendors are no longer exported to the website item database.
