Im offer house loan to new players that wish to live around Yew gate area.
It will work like this:
1. I will place a house around Yew gate area.
2. The charge will be 5.000 gold then moving in. (you will be co-owner on the house)
3. Under four weeks the rent will be 10.000 eatch week.
4. The house will be transfered. (you will be full owner of the house)
Total Costs 45.000 gold for a stone and plaster house.
