Teleporter in Jhelom not working

I used the southern teleporter in Jhelom and it takes me to the island but it wont let me return.

You have to the run to the northern part of that small island to another teleporter to get back.

When I started I did the exact same thing when one of the moongates was teleporting back to itself.

Isn't it actually the west end of the island?

Oh, you're right, that would be west. The skewed map orientation really throws me off sometimes. Call it the up part of the island.
