Okay, so I thought I'd try to drydock the boat and relaunch it in hopes that would fix the recall issue, but the keys don't unlock the boat anymore. Didn't realize this until I had recalled off the boat, since I keep the keys in the bank. In other words, I'm stuck with a boat I can't use and can't drydock. I would assume the patch broke it today for some reason.

Update, bought a new boat. Keys work as they should, so I assume it's something unique to my old boat, unless others are having the same issue.
