New IRC moderator - Contessa

Over the next few days I'll be showing Contessa the ropes of IRC and moderation, and Contessa will become a moderator in #lostlands. Contessa has been doing a great job being a companion (as have all our companions!) and I think she is a great fit as a moderator in IRC.
