Can anyone tell me does the respawn of say "Bucc's Rock and a Fruit Basket" require the restart of the shard?.

I think that all rares are on their own random timers counting from then they was pickedup last time. We dont have any 12 o'clock rares. So all rares has a minimum and a maximum value.

But I might be wrong.

Rares are not based on server restarts. For the sake of simplicity I will just say their next spawn time is based on the last time they were picked up, plus a semi-random amount of time.

All rare timers are variable, for example 12-24 hours or 10-14 days, instead of just flat values.

I see, Is just that OSI original servers the Fruit Basket/Bucc's Rock spawned after the daily re-start.
