Patch 41a - 12/27/15 - A few post xmas fixes

• All Christmas mobs have been removed. Santa and the vendor will stay around until New Years day.
  
• Capped inactive regen rate of mana at 1 per second.
  
• You can now rename and color BOD books in the Options/Filter menu.
  
• BOD books are now always 1 item.
  
• BOD books are no longer blessed.
  
• Rewards of more than 2k gold from BODs will go straight to your bank.
  
• Runebook dye tubs now show their total charges, and all runebook dye tubs that were obtained from the event have had their charges reset.
