Tailoring Menu?

I have a char with 75.2 (70.1 real) tailoring.

I can see studded gorgets as a craftable item from t2a style crafting menus but they are not craftable (i.e. nothing happens when i click the item).

I started a new char to test it out with 0 tailoring (4.3 shown) and I see the gorget, gloves, and sleeves from the studded menu.

The cloth menu seems to work appropriately as I can only see the Body Sash (4.1 minimum skill) from the miscellaneous menu.
