Reagents spawn

I'm not sure if this is intended or not, but the Moonglow wilderness appears to be the only place where reagents spawn on the ground. It also seems that the spawn rate is kind of high in that area.

As lame is it is, when I was totally new to the shard, I relied heavily on scavenging up these reags just to be able to recall around, but I had to go to Moonglow everytime to do so.

This isn't a bug, we just don't have reagent spawns set up anywhere except outside Moonglow. It is something on the roadmap but not high priority right now. I'll get around to this eventually.
