The timer is correct now, but mounted and on the run, the damage doesn't work. My guess is on foot the AOE is just enough if someone is moving, it will still hit. If you're mounted it does not, it also shows the purple potion animation still chasing you even after the pot visibly explodes.

I've fixed this on test. I want to add a small damage delay to it at some point but it seems to be working great on test for now.
