Looking buy the tower just over the SW bridge out of Vesper. I used to have one back in the day here and always loved the area. I am highly interested!!!

Are you talking about the small tower across the bridge from the bank, with a chest and runebooks on the porch? Or further down the strip?

The one across the bridge from the bank is mine.
