Team PVP Events- Give us a minute!

Hi Jack!
What would you think about adding a half minute or so to the starting phase of pvp group events so people can organize and get health bars up? It would mean holding people in their respective spots and Im not sure what kind of coding would be required, but it's pretty challenging to grab bars when the game starts the second we pop in.
