A lot of questions about this so a quick PSA here about Halloween.
Hopefully Halloween content will be released within about ~12 hours assuming everything goes to plan. This will require a shard restart and a few other issues will be resolved with this too. There will be little in the way of patch notes for it, this time players will be encouraged to figure the content out for themselves.
Halloween festivities will run for around a week from the time it is patched.
Apologies about the lateness this year, priorities may not have been in the correct order when getting around to working on this content - made worse by the fact I got sick earlier this week and didn't have much time to work on it. Content for holidays will be developed earlier in future.
