Mining from water North of Minoc - Wiz Kid - 05-01-2016
could just be an oversight the last time i tried it but the straight away on the water north of minoc seems somewhat difficult or impossible to mine from a boat.

I am also wondering why I cant mine the straight part....( I havent been able to find solution, for me it is simply impossible)
