Ping/lag - how to improve - NewUOLL - 12-21-2015
Hail,
I am playing from outside the U.S. In the Oceania region Australia.
Any tips or programs to get my ping down, it's playable at the moment but town invasions or the like are not the best.
Any assistance is much appreciated.

i seen a few players you battlenet and helps improve ur ping idk how it works but give it a try

I'm from New Zealand and my connection is pretty poor to the shard. I use a program called WTFast which cuts out a lot of the packet loss and reduces the ping slightly.
If you are on ADSL you could also try calling your ISP and get interleaving turned off, which will cut 20-30 off your ping.

About 220, I've never bothered to get interleaving turned off since I moved houses.. not a player anymore so it doesn't really matter to me
