Our Christmas event for 2015 is here!

You'll find the elves everywhere, but the snowmen only in snowy areas.
Both types have a chance to drop certain rare items.
Save the Elves by beating them down!

Knock the elves out of the evil spell that has been cast on them and they will leave behind a gift. Elves have a chance to drop Christmas treasure maps, which will contain additional holiday coins and the chance for a rare item.
You can not pick up the gift boxes themselves.

This year, Christmas treasure maps have a chance of being hued, rather than every map being hued.
Christmas treasure maps do not require any skill in cartography or lockpicking. They are in new locations.
Reward Vendor
You can find the reward vendor by West Britain Bank. Rewards this year:

The Grinch
There will be a big boss fight vs the Grinch, date TBA. There will be a clothing reward drop from him for one lucky player, and anyone who helps with freeing Santa will receive a special reward on the day.
Other Misc Changes:
- Fixed up mob archer AI
- Xmas and holiday maps now show the correct description when completed.
- Made a slight change to meditation rates.
- Made a slight change to disturb recovery and recast recovery.
- Reduced gold drop on skeletal mage (was way too high).

The drop rate of holiday coins has been increased a little.
