Two questions about them,
1. Are they newbied or do they fall when you die?
2. What is the sellback ratio? Like can I sell a deed back for the same price I bought it?

House deeds are newbied, the only way you would drop them is if you were either a murderer or they were inside a sub-container. House deedssell back for full price.
