is that normal? i recalled to drop gold off... by the time I got back it was dead and I was running in skara brae.
what are the rules for rewards?

I think it's one of the players with top 3 damage that have a small chance to get the custom statue etc. I think it should show up in your backpack wherever you are.
I don't remember for the skulls, perhaps it's one of all players who do damage on the boss that gets it. And someone always gets it?

You have to just run around and look for the boss, most times he wont be killed so extremely fast.
