Content - 12/19/16 - Christmas is here - Jack - 12-19-2016 Our Christmas event for 2016 is here! You'll find the elves everywhere, but the snowmen only in snowy areas.  Both types have a chance to drop certain rare items. Save the Elves by beating them down! Knock the elves out of the evil spell that has been cast on them and they will leave behind a gift. Elves have a chance to drop Christmas treasure maps, which will contain additional holiday coins and the chance for a rare item. You can not pick up the gift boxes themselves. This year, Christmas treasure maps have a chance of being hued, rather than every map being hued. Christmas treasure maps do not require any skill in cartography or lockpicking. Holiday bells and snowy globes can be found as loot this year. Reward Vendor You can find the reward vendor by West Britain Bank. Rewards this year: The Grinch There will be a big boss fight vs the Grinch, date TBA. There will be a clothing reward drop from him for one lucky player, and anyone who helps with freeing Santa will receive a special reward on the day. Other Misc Changes: Kegs will now display their information correctly when placed on a player vendor, instead of some information only being visible in the journal. Fixed a bug that was causing kills not to register in events (thanks Veranis for pointing this out).
